"Perhaps Love," a local comedy-drama, was the weekend's most popular film. According to Kobis, the tracking service administered by the Korean Film Council (Kofic), it earned $2.09 million from 1,192 screens and deposed Marvel franchise film "Eternals," which earned $1.94 million from a larger 1,257 screen combo. "Perhaps Love" opened with a five-day total of $2.87 million following a Wednesday release. Reliable Choi Eun-ji was behind the camera and starred in the film. Seung-ryong, Ryu Seung.

Jo Eun Ji is a well-known actress in Korea. She made her cinematic debut in the gritty Im Sang Soo film "Tears," and has since become better recognized for her supporting parts in films and television, including "The President's Last Bang," "My Scary Girl," "Forever the Moment," and "The Concubine." the main lead, Ryu Seung Ryong, starred in "Miracle in Cell No. 7," which became the third highest-grossing Korean film of all time.
